MEOW Computer introduces the best cable management skills for DIY PCs to make technology meets asthetics.

All PCs from MEOW Computer are:

• Fully professionally built with STATE OF THE ART cable management 
• Plug and play with OS installed, drivers installed, bios updated, stress tested
• Fully supported by a local team via email, wechat, mobile phone with multiple languages

We support debit and credit card payments from all major card providers, PayID and cash (for pick up only).

Please note that payment must be made in full and received by us before delivery or pick up of your purchase.

All prices are GST inclusive. For credit card payments, surcharge will apply when you check out. There is no surcharge for direct deposit.

For all our Gaming PCs, we offer Australian Wide free shipping. For other products, shipping fee will be charged based on your postcode and product size.

For Sydney Orders, we will arrange driver delivery or pick up in person.

For Orders outside Syndey, we will arrange Australian Post delivery service with signature required. If you are not at home, Australian Post will bring your order to your nearest Post Office for you to pick up.

All the shipments will include two packages, one for the assembled PC without GPU and another for all the original boxes containing spare cables, power corb, Wifi Athenna, and most importantly the GPU. Upon receipt, please gently insert the GPU into the PCIE slot on the motherboard and plug in the power pin to the GPU. Feel free to install WIFI Antenna when you need one. Then you can turn on your PC to enjoy the games!

TIPS: HDMI/DP cable is usually to be plugged into the GPU unless the CPU has an iGPU, otherwise the monitor will not display.

Our estimated time frames for delivery are below:

• Metro Sydney – Same-day delivery (order before 12:00 pm) or next business day (order after 12:00 pm)
• All other major regional town in NSW – 2 – 3 business days
• ACT – 2 – 3 business days
• Metro Melbourne – 2 – 3 business days
• Metro Brisbane – 2 – 3 business days
• Adelaide – 2 – 3 business days
• Tasmania – 5 – 8 business days
• Metro Perth – 5 – 8 business days
• Northern Territory – 5 – 8 business days

Driver

For all our MSI Gaming PCs, you can use MSI Centre as an “One-Stop” platform to update all your drivers and utilities.

Open MSI Center → click “Support” → click “Live Update” → click “Scan” → select the driver you want to update → click “Download” and execute the installation.

ARGB Control

For ARGB Control, you can use “Mystic Light” from MSI Centre to customise the apprearance of your gaming PC.

Step1

• A: Open Mystic Light
• B: A list of detected products will be displayed

Step 2

• A: Click the product icon on top to change RGB LED light for each product.
• B: Select any LED style, color, effect, light speed or the brightness you prefer, and click “Apply” button to save your preference.
• C: RGB PC Lighting Sync: Click the big chain icon in the upper left corner, you may sync RGB LED light effect to all product. The light effect is still adjustable as previous step.
• D: You can also change settings for single product. To do that, click the red chain icon under the product icon and turn the chain color to gray. The broken-chain icon indicates the product is not synchronized.

MEOW Computer WARRANTS Gaming PCs hardware Product against defects in merchandise and workmanship for a period of 2 (TWO) Years from the Date of Original Retail Purchase.

For all components sold by MEOW Computer, we offer the original factory warranty provided by original manufactoror from the date of purchase.

For Gaming PC, due to the nature of business, unfortunately MEOW Computer is unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before finalising their purchases.

For other products like PC Parts, Monitor or Laptop, MEOW Computer may accept returns on goods that are unopened, not special order, in small quantity, under $1000 in value, within 5 business days of purchase, and at our own discretion.
