Services — PC Builds, Delivery, Setup and Warranty

Buying the parts is the easy half. What we actually sell is a machine or a desk that works when it lands at your door. Everything below is done by our own team in Sydney.

Local delivery — free over $99

We deliver to 38 Sydney metro postcodes ourselves, usually same or next day for orders placed before 12:00 pm. See the delivery page for the postcode list.

Store pickup

Collect from N6 / 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West (enter via Gate 3). Most orders are ready within two hours during opening hours.

Custom PC builds — from $2,699

Every build is assembled, cable-managed and stress-tested before it leaves. Configurations are public on our gaming PC and workstation pages, and we can change parts on request — CPU, GPU, memory, storage or cooling.

On-site setup and installation

We deliver and set up monitors, desks and full workstations at your home or office: unboxing, mounting, cabling, power and a quick test before we leave.

Desk and chair assembly

Electric standing desks and ergonomic chairs are assembled, levelled and tested on delivery. See desks and chairs.

Upgrades and repairs at your place

GPU, SSD, RAM and cooler upgrades, plus diagnostics, carried out on site. If a part needs to go back under warranty we handle the distributor — you do not ship anything interstate.

Windows install and data migration

Clean Windows installation with drivers and updates, plus moving your files and profiles from the old machine.

Warranty and after-sales

Warranty is handled locally. Bring it in or we collect it on a run; we deal with the supplier and return it to you.

Buying advice

Tell us what you play, what you run and what your desk looks like, and we will narrow it to two or three options rather than ten. We answer in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, in store, by phone and on WeChat (meowcomputer).
