Free Shipping

  • Orders over $99: Free standard shipping Australia-wide.
  • Orders under $99: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, parcel size and weight.
  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and may exclude certain bulky, oversized or remote-area items.

Sydney Delivery

For customers in Sydney, we offer local delivery options for selected areas.

  • Same-day or next-business-day delivery may be available depending on your location and order time.
  • Delivery times can vary depending on traffic, weather and order volume.
  • Our team may contact you before delivery to arrange access or confirm a suitable safe place.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Orders outside Sydney are shipped using our selected courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are generally:

  • NSW: 1–3 business days
  • ACT / VIC / QLD: 2–5 business days
  • SA / WA / TAS / NT: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Remote and regional areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed during our business hours.

Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off may be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. MEOW Computer is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue.

For deliveries where a safe place is authorised, MEOW Computer and the courier may leave the parcel in a suitable safe location when no one is available to receive it.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Certain large or heavy products, including gaming desks, chairs and other oversized items, may incur additional delivery charges even when the order value is over $99.

Any applicable additional shipping charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently focus on shipping within Australia. International shipping is not available unless specifically arranged with MEOW Computer before placing an order.
