Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, the item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes responsibility for the item during transit. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind Returns
Returns for change of mind are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the client’s expense.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to change of mind:

  • PCs (including custom-built systems)
  • Gaming PCs
  • Workstations

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.


Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
