How fast is delivery in Sydney?

Order before 12:00 pm on a trading day and we usually deliver the same day or the next business day. Our run leaves Homebush West at 1:00 pm. See Sydney delivery for the 38 postcodes we cover.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes. Choose pickup or message us, then collect from N6 / 161 Arthur Street, Homebush West — enter via Gate 3. Most pickup orders are ready within two hours during opening hours.

Is delivery really free?

Delivery is free on orders of $99 and above inside our Sydney delivery postcodes, and shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $99. Below $99 inside Sydney, the standard shipping rate applies or you can collect free.

Do you deliver outside Sydney?

Yes — free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $99. Those orders are shipped rather than hand-delivered, so allow a few business days depending on the item and the warehouse it ships from.

Can you set my PC or desk up at my place?

Yes — on-site setup, monitor mounting, desk and chair assembly, and cabling are all available. See services.

What happens if something fails under warranty?

We handle it locally. Bring it in or we collect it on a delivery run, deal with the supplier, and return it to you. You do not ship anything interstate yourself.

Do you speak Chinese?

Yes. Mandarin and Cantonese in store, by phone, and on WeChat (meowcomputer).

How can I pay?

Card online at checkout, and card or Alipay in store. If you need something else, message us on WeChat before ordering.
