The Gladius IV Ace is the fourth generation of the Gladius line, reshaped around sports-science research on how players actually hold a mouse: a wider palm rest and a taller rise so more of the hand is supported. It starts at 56 grams and takes the supplied 3 g, 5 g and 7 g weights in eight arrangements up to 71 grams, so the heft can be tuned instead of accepted. The ROG AimPoint Pro sensor reaches 65,000 dpi with 11 lift-off distance settings, ROG 100M optical switches are rated for 100 million clicks, and SpeedNova 8K Gen II holds a true 8000 Hz poll over 2.4GHz as well as over the 2-metre Paracord cable.
