The SPATIUM M570 PRO is MSI's flagship PCIe Gen5 SSD, and the FROZR edition wraps it in a passive aluminium tower heatsink with copper core pipes instead of a slim sticker. On the 2TB model that is rated for sequential reads up to 12,400MB/s and writes up to 11,800MB/s over PCIe Gen5x4, with a PHISON E26 controller and 2GB of LPDDR4 DRAM cache. The heatsink is designed for the standard 22 x 80mm M.2 slot and is sized to clear a graphics card backplate, and MSI rates it to run up to 20 degrees cooler than an uncooled drive so sustained transfers do not throttle. It supports DirectStorage, AES256/OPAL 2.0 encryption, and it carries a 5-year limited warranty to 1400TBW.
