The Ti600 is ZhiTai's QLC drive for the Gen4 mainstream: YMTC QLC 3D NAND on the Xtacking 3.0 architecture behind a DRAM-less controller with HMB support. It is rated for sequential reads up to 7,000MB/s and writes up to 6,000MB/s, with 4K random performance up to 900K IOPS read and 700K IOPS write. Endurance is 400TBW against a 5-year limited warranty and a 1.5 million hour MTBF. The single-sided M.2 2280 PCB fits desktops, laptops and the PS5 expansion slot.
