The TiPlus7100s is ZhiTai's mainstream PCIe Gen4 drive, built on YMTC Xtacking 4.0 3D TLC NAND with a DRAM-less controller. It is rated for sequential reads up to 7,400MB/s and writes up to 6,900MB/s, with 4K random performance up to 1,500K IOPS on both read and write. Endurance is 600TBW against a 5-year limited warranty. The single-sided M.2 2280 layout keeps the drive thin, cool and easy to fit in desktops and slim laptops.
