ZhiTai TiPlus9100 1TB - the first PCIe 5.0 drive in the TiPlus line, rated up to 12,000MB/s.

The TiPlus9100 is ZhiTai's PCIe Gen5x4 entry, built on YMTC Xtacking 4.0 3D TLC NAND with a DRAM-less controller. It is rated for sequential reads up to 12,000MB/s and writes up to 10,700MB/s, with 4K random performance up to 1,850K IOPS on read and write. The single-sided M.2 2280 PCB and temperature control keep it from throttling under sustained load, so it suits thin laptops and small-form-factor builds as well as desktops. Endurance is 600TBW, it supports TCG Pyrite encryption, and it carries a 5-year limited warranty.
